Hussain Kuwajerwala makes his Bollywood debut with Shree

After a successful stint on the small screen, Hussain is finally making his debut in B-town

Hussain Kuwajerwala is making his Bollywood debut with Rajesh Machani's small budget film, Shree. The film is a suspense thriller written, directed and produced by Rajesh. It also stars Anjali Patil (of Delhi in a Day fame) and TV actor Paresh Ganatra (Comedy Circus).

After his popular soap Kumkum, Hussain moved on to do a lot of reality shows like Shabaash India, Kisme Kitna Hai Dum, Kuch Kar Dikhana Hai, Khulja Sim Sim, and Indian Idol. He also participated in and won Nach Baliye 2 with wife Tina Kuwajerwala.

The actor was launched in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi by Balaji Telefilms. Ironically, he never wanted to get into acting – that was till the television queen Ekta Kapoor discovered him, and the rest is history. Hussain also did Bollywood's first ever musical show, Zangoora: The Gypsy Prince along with Gauhar Khan and Kashmira Irani.

Shree will hit the theatres on April 26. We wish Hussain all the very best for his new innings on the big screen.
