Aamir Khan recently shot a special episode with the team of CID to promote his upcoming film, Talaash. Since Talaash is a crime thriller, promoting the film on CID is totally sensible.
Aamir will play the character of inspector Shekhawat on the special episodes. Shivaji Satnam, famously known as ACP Pradyuman, said it was a wonderful experience working with Aamir. He even praised him for his professionalism and dedication, calling him a wonderful actor with no ego problems or tantrums
Sneha Rajani, executive vice president and business head, Sony, couldn't control her excitement and even took to twitter writing about Aamir Khan's special appearance on CID. She tweeted: "So, Aamir Khan will be on C.I.D. next week. Full on in both the episodes."
So all you Aamir Khan fans out there, get ready to watch Aamir in his new cop avatar trying to catch a murderer with the entire CID team.
Talaash will hit screens on November 30. Besides Aamir Khan, the movie also stars Rani Mukherjee and Kareena Kapoor in pivotal roles. The film is directed by Reema Kagti. Aamir Khan started the promos of the movie very late and promoting the film on CID is a good strategical move as it will connect with the audience.
