Superstar Salman Khan, who was to be tried for culpable homicide not amounting to murder in the 2002 hit-and-run case, has challenged the Bandra Magistrate court's order at a Sessions court.

According to NDTV, Salman has called the Magistrate's order "bad in law" and "erroneous".
