Clothes
(Kriti Sanon) My favourite outfit: A casual maxi.
My favourite outfit when I am driving to a shoot: Jeans and T-shirt.
My favourite outfit when I go clubbing: A one-piece cocktail dress or a clumpassy jsuit.
My favourite outfit for a formal occasion: For a traditional function I love wearing a sari. For other formal events I prefer elegant gowns.
I like to sleep in: Comfortable track pants or a pair of night shorts with a loose t-shirt.
My favourite designers: Manish Malhotra, Rohit Bal, Nikhil Thampi, Nimish Shah and Sonaakshi Raaj.
I pick my clothes from: In Mumbai, I mainly shop from Zara, Forever21, Forever New and Promod. Abroad, I like Top Shop, HM, Bershka and Miss Selfridge.
My favourite colours: I don't have any particular favourite as such. I like white, red, yellow, baby pink, electric blue and almost all pastel shades.
My favourite fabrics: I love linen for day wear. It's very comfortable in the Indian climate. I like light, flowing fabrics that are soft to the skin and good to feel.
My favourite brand in jeans: I like the fit of Zara, Levis and Only denims.
I have a fetish for: Junk jewellery.
My wardrobe is incomplete without: A blue pair of denims and colored ganjis.
I look best in: Anything that I am comfortable in — full length skirts, maxis, jumpsuits and one-piece summer dresses compliment my body and height.
I would like my man to be dressed in: Denims with a simple T-shirt. Linen shirts also look cool.
According to me, the best-dressed men and women in the industry are: Deepika Padukone has a great body and carries everything off with great confidence. Among the men, I feel Hrithik Roshan is best dressed – he looks good in everything from a simple T-shirt to a colored shirt to a classy suit.
My favourite perfume: Davidoff's Cool Water.
My handbag always has: A perfume and a lip balm.
In shoes the brand I patronise: Charles and Keith, Aldo and sometimes Kenneth Cole.
Hair:
My shampoo and conditioner is: Organix Moroccan oil shampoo and Kerestase conditioner.
My haircare routine: I shampoo the scalp, condition the hair, rinse with cold water and apply a heat protect on damp hair before using heat on my hair. I make sure I get a hair spa done at least once a month.
My tip on hair care: Do not rub shampoo on the hair; apply it only on the scalp. Make sure you condition the hair from mid to the ends and rinse with cold water. Do not use heat without applying a heat protector.
Makeup:
My favourite shades in make-up: Pink peach colors for lips and cheeks.
The features I like to highlight when doing make-up are: Eyes and lips. A fresh blush on the cheek apples makes a lot of difference. I already have very strong cheek bones so I avoid cutting.
While not shooting my make-up comprises: Kajal and lip balm.
My tip on makeup: Be as natural as possible and do not put layers of foundation. Make sure you remove the make up properly with a good make up remover and then wash with a mild face wash.
