Pancholis file Rs 100 crore law suit against Rabia

In yet another twist to the Jiah Khan case, after the late actress' mother Rabia Khan filed a petition for a CBI probe into the death of her daughter, we hear that the Panscholis have decided on filing a law suit against Rabi for defamation. Apparently, the Bombay High Court has received the suit worth a whopping Rs 100 crore filed by the Pancholis on Friday.


According to the suit filed, the Pancholi family claims that Rabia has been defaming them on account of unparliamentarily language in her tweets against them. Apart from this, the family also claims that Rabiya on her Twitter account had posted some tweets which hampered their good will in the industry.


As per the suit, the family has claimed Rs. 50 crore as a quantifiable sum for loss of reputation and goodwill, Rs. 25 crore for damages and loss to business and Rs. 25 crore as compensation for mental agony and harassment.
